What is our Standard Delivery?


Lafraiz products are delivered to the UK as well as worldwide.

The standard charge for a UK delivery is £4.75. The standard delivery charges for Europe are €15.

We aim to deliver your order within 3 to 5 working days however, please note that delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email detailing order tracking information. You can also check this information in your My Account section online.




What is our Next Day Delivery?


Orders placed by 12 noon, Monday to Thursday (except on Bank Holidays), will be dispatched on the same day for next day delivery.

The cost of our Next Day Delivery is £8.50

After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email detailing order tracking information. You can also check this information in your My Account section online.

Free Delivery promotions and free delivery voucher codes orders are exempt from Next Day Delivery service.




How long will my delivery take?


Our delivery time-scales are as follow:

  • Lafraiz products will be delivered by a courier Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. Unfortunately you are unable to request a specific delivery time. After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email detailing order tracking information. You can also check this information in your My Account section online.

  • Lafraiz Wedding candles package - 1 day Next Day - Signed For delivery service. Please note that this date is an estimate only.

We shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if the courier cannot gain access to the property or no one is available to sign for delivery.

Delivery dates and weeks are not guaranteed but we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated date or soon afterwards.

What to do if you do not receive your order within the above time-scale:

If you have not received your order within the above time-scale please leave 2 days before contacting our customer service team to investigate the non-arrival.




Do you deliver to my area?


Lafraiz products are delivered to the UK as well as worldwide.

All our products, unless otherwise stated, can be delivered worldwide. Please see our International Delivery section below for postage fees.




What is the Risk of damage in transit policy?


We carry the risk of loss or damage to the Products until receipt of your order.

Upon receipt of your order and payment in full, you are responsible for your Products.

Until payment has been made in full we may ask you to return the Products to us at any time, if necessary.

If you return the Products to us for any reason, they will become our property and be at our risk from the time we receive them.




Do you deliver worldwide?


Yes. Lafraiz products can be delivered worldwide.

The standard delivery charge for an international delivery is €15 (Europe) or £25 for the rest of the world.

International delivery time is between 7 to 10 working days. We will contact you to confirm an exact date for the arrival of the products near this time.

We shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if our courier cannot gain access to the property or no one is available to accept delivery.

Additional charges may apply for the storage of the products if the customer delays delivery, for more than three weeks after the estimated date for arrival.

Will the recipient have to pay duty on my order?


All Lafraiz Products are sold on Delivery Duty unpaid basis. Recipients outside the EU may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery and additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation.

Please check these details before placing any orders for deliveries outside the EU.




Will a signature be required to accept my Lafraiz international parcel?


All international deliveries will have to be signed for and acknowledged on receipt. If there is no one available to accept your delivery, our courier will leave a calling card with details on how to contact them to rearrange another delivery. The courier company will usually attempt a second delivery before expecting you to contact them on their details provided to make alternative delivery arrangements.

Please note that we cannot refund you the postage charge on failed deliveries.




What if I entered an incorrect or incomplete postal address?


We are unable to verify any delivery addresses entered into our system. We rely on the accuracy of the information provided to us and as such, please enter the full intended delivery address at all times.

We are not liable for any delays to and/or failed deliveries as a result of any incorrect and/or incomplete delivery address entered.




What happens if my order get lost in the post?


Please contact us immediately if you think that your order might be lost or misplaced in the post.




How do I contact Lafraiz if I live outside the UK?

Please note that our customer service team can also conduct email conversations in English and French.




What currency may I use to pay for my online order?


We accept Pounds Sterling (£) for orders delivered within the UK.

We accept Euros (€) on orders delivered to Europe.

Please note that if you are paying with an international credit or debit card, you may be subject to an additional handling fee and/or any other charges that may apply by your bank or Credit Card Company.
